FMTY Cancellation Policy

Fly Me to You (FMTY) dates must be scheduled and confirmed at least 14 days in advance. A 70% deposit is required toward the agreed-upon rate. In addition, you’ll be responsible for covering first-class airfare, accommodations, and transportation to and from the airport and hotel. All travel expenses must be paid in full upfront to secure and confirm the itinerary.

Here’s how cancellations are handled:

• Cancellations made 10–14 days in advance
  → Receive a 100% refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made 5–9 days in advance
  → Deposit is non-refundable, but can be applied toward a rescheduled date. Only valid for 30 days from the cancellation date.
• Cancellations made less than 5 days in advance
  → Deposit is forfeited completely, and rescheduling will not be offered.
